Pilipinas Una sa Lahat (PUNLA) Cebu Foundation, Inc. has been empowering and transforming disadvantaged yet deserving Filipino youth become competitive – critical and creative -yet compassionate citizens and human beings. For already three decades and counting, PUNLA (Cebu) Foundation, Inc. seeks to sustain its vision of providing channels of hope for struggling Filipino families dreaming to be unshackled from social inequality and object poverty.
